FIRE SAFETY TRAILER DELIVERIES

The Fire and Emergency Services unit at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea has welcomed the delivery of their BullEx 27’ Fire Safety Trailer. The trailer was customized to feature interactive Kitchen and Bedroom emergency scenarios including SmartStove and TrashCan SmartProps and a heated, smoking bedroom door prop to incorporate heat, smoke and digital flames for realistic hands-on training. An Extreme Weather scenario will place trainees in a simulated hurricane, tornado or earthquake to learn severe weather safety lessons. Camp Humphreys Fire Services plan to provide fire prevention training to the Garrison and neighboring communities.

Fort Knox Fire Department in Fort Knox, Kentucky welcomed the delivery of their BullEx 27’ Fire Safety Trailer. The department’s fire prevention training environment was custom-designed by BullEx engineers to feature interactive Kitchen and Bedroom emergency scenarios and an interior Briefing Room. Bullex SmartProp components include an integrated over-stove Cabinet Fire prop, TrashCan and Smoking Outlet. The props respond to instructor controls and simulate the escalation of a residential fire with digital heat, smoke and flames. The Bedroom Scenario, outfitted with an E.D.I.T.H. evacuation window, features a Heated and Smoking Door prop, allowing for interactive hazard recognition and evacuation training. The Fort Knox Fire Prevention Division will seek to reduce fire losses in their community through hands-on fire prevention education.

Fort Benning Fire Department in Fort Benning, Georgia welcomed the delivery of their 17’ BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. The trailer was customized to feature an interactive Kitchen emergency scenario including BullEx SmartStove and TrashCan SmartProp fire props, with integrated digital flames, heat and smoke. The Fort Benning Fire Department provides 24-hour fire protection and community assistance to the soldiers, family members and civilians of Fort Benning.

Fort Drum Fire and Emergency Services in Fort Drum, NY welcomed the delivery of their 27’ BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. The trailer was customized to feature interactive Kitchen and Bedroom emergency scenarios equipped with BullEx SmartProp components including a “feel the heat” bedroom door, oven and stovetop fire props and an E.D.I.T.H. window. Fort Drum, recently awarded the top prize in the prestigious IMCOM Best Fire Prevention Program , plans to use their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer to provide fire prevention education within the community, both on and off the military base.

Roanoke Fire-EMS in Roanoke, Virginia, welcomed the delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. BullEx designed the department’s fire prevention training environment to feature an interactive kitchen emergency scenario, utilizing BullEx SmartProp™ components. The props include an integrated cabinet fire, SmartStove™, TrashCan and smoking outlet; simulating the escalation of a residential fire. Roanoke further customized the trailer to include an Extreme Weather Package which broadcasts realistic weather emergencies, and a bedroom complete with an E.D.I.T.H. evacuation window. The department will use the trailer to provide life-saving Fire Prevention training to their entire community.

The Cardinal Joint Fire District, Canfield, OH, welcomed the delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. BullEx custom designed the department’s fire prevention training environment to feature a kitchen and an industrial emergency scenario. Training components in the kitchen include an interactive oven, SmartStove and TrashCan SmartProps. A simulated sparking electrical panel, fire alarm pull station and lock out/tag out station are included in the industrial scenario, all simulating the escalation of a residential or industrial emergency, providing a realistic hands-on training experience.

The Port Ludlow Fire Department, Port Ludlow, Washington, welcomed the delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. BullEx custom designed the department’s fire prevention training environment to feature a kitchen and a bedroom emergency scenario. Training components in the kitchen include an interactive oven, SmartStove and TrashCan SmartProps and an extreme weather training simulation. A heated bedroom door, smoking outlet and E.D.I.T.H window are included in the bedroom scenario, all simulating the escalation of a residential emergency, providing a realistic hands-on training experience.

The City of South Salt Lake, UT was awarded a Fire Prevention and Safety Grant from FEMA to purchase their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. The new fire prevention education training environment is equipped with Kitchen and Bedroom Fire Scenarios. The integrated SmartProp simulators include an interactive SmartStove, cabinet fire, TrashCan and smoking outlet; simulating the escalation of a residential fire. Realistic training smoke seeps underneath the heated door in the Bedroom Scenario, used to demonstrate proper evacuation procedures through an E.D.I.T.H. window. The city will bring their mobile fire safety trailer on location to provide vital life safety lessons to the community.

RAF Menwith Hill Fire and Emergency Services welcomed delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer at their station in North Yorkshire, U.K. Equipped with an expanded Bedroom Fire scenario, trainees can develop their fire prevention skills with a heated door and realistic training smoke; a trash can fire simulator and a smoking outlet. The Kitchen hazard recognition scenario features a telephone with an interactive emergency operator. Laser-driven fire extinguishers may be used on the digital flames issuing from the stove top burner prop.

Ontario Power Generation welcomed the delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer at OPG’s Wesleyville Fire and Rescue Training Academy in Port Hope, Ontario. BullEx custom-designed OPG’s fire prevention training environment to include interactive Kitchen and Industrial Room emergency scenarios, utilizing BullEx SmartProp components. Based on their training needs, OPG requested the full complement of realistic industrial emergency props, including a sparking Electrical Box linked to a Parts Washer fire simulator. The Academy instructors will use the trailer to provide life-saving fire and emergency prevention training to their occupational community.

Fort Lewis Fire and Emergency Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Fort Lewis, Washington accepted delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer; adding a mobile fire safety classroom to their arsenal of fire prevention training tools. The trailer features a Bedroom and a Kitchen fire scenario designed to teach proper response in the event of a fire. The Kitchen Scenario is equipped with interactive BullEx SmartProps which simulate an escalating residential fire with integrated digital fires in the stove, oven and trash can. The Bedroom Scenario exposes the participant to smoke seeping under a heated door and the opportunity to evacuate using an E.D.I.T.H. window and escape ladder.

Wahpeton Fire Department in Wahpeton, North Dakota welcomed the delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. BullEx designed the department’s fire prevention training environment to feature interactive Industrial and Bedroom emergency scenarios, utilizing BullEx SmartProp components. The props in the Bedroom Scenario include an integrated heated and smoking door, E.D.I.T.H. window and smoking outlet, and in the Industrial Scenario, Parts Washer and Electrical Box fire simulators. The department will use the trailer to provide life-saving fire prevention training to their entire community.

The Fire Prevention Branch of the U.S. Army at Fort McPherson in Ft. Gillem, GA accepted delivery of their BullEx Fire Safety Trailer. Featuring Industrial and Kitchen fire scenarios, instructors are anticipating taking soldiers from classroom training to conducting fire extinguishing and reporting exercises in the new fire prevention trailer. The trainees will receive orders in their customized Briefing Room prior to interacting with the integrated BullEx SmartProps. Soldiers will respond to kitchen fire and industrial emergency hazards while instructors remotely view response tactics captured by the onboard Camera System.
